Cedar Crest Academy Students Place in 90th Percentile of Noetic Math Contest (Jan, ’17)

In mid-November, twenty four Cedar Crest Academy students in second through fifth grade competed in the Noetic Learning Math Contest.

The Noetic Learning Math Contest is a national mathematics contest for elementary and middle school students. The goal of the competition is to encourage students’ interest in math, to develop their problem solving skills, and to inspire students to excel in mathematics. Close to 30,000 students across the country took part in this fall’s contest.

We are proud to report that 3 of our students placed in the 90th percentile of all participants! An additional 13 of our students attained National Honorable Mention status, placing within the top 50 percent.
