Our admissions process is designed to help us mutually understand if Cedar Crest Academy is the right fit for your child and family. We understand the importance of choosing the right school for your child. In order to make an informed decision, we invite you to take the first step in our four-step admissions process. Visit one of our four campuses and experience Cedar Crest Academy’s unique, family-like culture up close.
We offer preprimary at all four of our conveniently located campuses. Our outstanding elementary program is exclusively at our Bellewood campus in northwest Bellevue.
Our admissions group tours are on on prescheduled dates twice per month. During the application season (November through February), these tours are increased to once per week. Admissions tours are scheduled at 9:30 in the morning and last 30 minutes to an hour depending on the size of the campus and dynamics of the group. During a tour, you will be guided through the school with the director and observe the classrooms, students, and staff in action.
We also host comprehensive open houses at each campus. Please refer to our posted schedule. At an open house, you’ll receive a more formal presentation of our program. You and your family can also walk through the school at your leisure, interact with the staff, current families and students while learning about our academic curriculum, social/emotional programs, and enrichment opportunities.

Our 2022-2023Tuition Rates
Cedar Crest Academy 2022-2023 School Year Tuition Kindergarten-Fifth Grade
Cedar Crest Elementary’s annual tuition for the 2022-2023 School Year (September through June) is $21,500. This amount may be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually (please see schedule below).
Cedar Crest requires that tuition payments are made through Sandbox, our online registration platform, and an automatic tuition withdrawal program (ACH). The process is simple and convenient and has no cost to parents. Tuition withdrawals may be tracked in your monthly bank statements and will be withdrawn on the 10th day of each month and will be applied to the following month’s fees. (For example, tuition will be withdrawn on August 10th and will be applied to September’s fees.) All deposits and fees are entirely non-refundable.

2022-2023 TUITION PAYMENT OPTIONS (KINDERGARTEN – 5TH GRADE)
A one month deposit is applied to June 2023
Monthly
$2,160 per month, due on the 10th of each month and is applied to the following
month’s fees. (Includes $10 processing fee)
Quarterly
$6,367 due on August 10th, November 10th, and February 10th. ($250 Discount)
Annually
$18,850 due August 10th. ($500 discount)
Monthly tuition for full day program includes
- Healthy and nutritious lunches and snacks
- Three to four Specialists per grade level selected each year by the school. Some examples of Specialists have been: Spanish, Art, Physical Education, Library, and Technology
- Students will participate in Clubs during the school day, led by the teacher specializing in subjects such as performing arts, journalism, photography, cooking, computer technology, and more.
Discounts
- 10% discount for single-parent families
- 5% sibling discount (applies to each additional sibling)
- Tuition is not pro-rated or discounted for vacations, time away, or foreseen or unforeseen school closures.
- Only one discount may be applied. Discounts may not be combined.
Deposit and Annual Fees
- For those entering Kindergarten through Fifth Grade, a deposit of one month’s tuition is required and will be credited towards tuition in June.
- In addition to a deposit of one month’s tuition, annual fees including a Registration Fee and Education Fee are required for enrollment. The Registration Fee is $150 for all students. The Education Fee varies based on grade level:
$1000 for Kindergarten through Second Grade
$1100 for Third through Fifth Grade.
- Deposit and Annual Fees are non-refundable
Financial Assistance
- Financial Assistance is available for qualifying families. For more information and for

Included in the Full Day Program’s Monthly Tuition:

A non-refundable security deposit of one month’s tuition is required to reserve your child’s space. The security deposit will be credited towards June’s tuition. A Registration fee of $150 and an Education fee of $550 are also required upon enrollment and are assessed annually during preregistration. Deposit and Annual Fees are non-refundable.
Parent participation in our Cedar Crest Academy Parent Association is mandatory and requires an annual membership fee of approximately $100 per child. Cedar Crest Academy also requires families to volunteer a minimum of 10 hours throughout the school year.
